For insurers, assistance companies and community organisations: the referral route, who owns the case, and what is never guaranteed.

One owner per case

A referral is acknowledged, assessed for whether it is something we can coordinate and in which city, and answered with a written scope. From that point one named coordinator owns the case and is the single point of contact for your team, the patient and the hospital. Handovers are written, not verbal.

What we are, contractually

A coordination provider, not a healthcare institution and not an insurer. The medical services contract is between the patient and the hospital. We do not underwrite, guarantee or advance any medical cost, and we are not responsible for a hospital's clinical acts, standards, scheduling or charges.

What is never guaranteed

  • A named doctor, a specific slot or a hospital bed.
  • Any diagnosis, treatment or clinical outcome.
  • Third-party provider fees.
  • Transfer of medical files through this website.

Service levels

Response, delivery and on-site commitments are set out in the written service agreement for each engagement, and vary with case complexity, hospital availability and public holidays in China. The insurer and broker pathway · Chinese organisations.

Data

Health information is shared only with the hospitals and clinicians reviewing or treating the case, the assigned coordinator and interpreter, and — at your request — your own medical team. It is never used for advertising, profiling, automated decisions or model training, and it is not sold. Cross-border transfer follows one of the routes set out in our privacy policy, with separate consent.
