No. Diagnosis and treatment decisions are made by the treating physicians, and no clinical outcome is guaranteed.
Hospital, pharmacy and other third-party fees are payable directly to those providers and are separate from coordination fees.
Only contact details, the intended specialty, timing and a brief summary. Do not send medical files or identity documents through the website.
Once records are complete, a written second opinion usually takes 5–7 working days. Routine cases typically move from first consultation to arrival in 1–2 weeks; complex cases needing multidisciplinary review or bed scheduling take 3–6 weeks.
More than 30 days before the service starts, the deposit is refunded less a 10% administration charge; 15–30 days before, half the deposit is retained; inside 15 days it is not refunded. Costs already incurred are deducted in every case. The Chinese terms govern.
