Shipping policy
Nothing on this site is shipped. What we sell is coordination work, not goods. No parcel is dispatched, no carrier is used, and no shipping charge is ever added at checkout.
1. What delivery means here
Paying the deposit opens a case. From that point delivery means three things: written confirmations and schedules sent to your email; documents exchanged through the secure upload channel we provide; and a coordinator physically present with you at the hospital on the agreed date.
2. Where we work
Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu. On-site services are delivered at the hospital international departments listed on our network page. We do not deliver services outside mainland China.
3. Documents and medical records
Translated reports and discharge summaries are delivered electronically, or handed to you in person in China. We do not post medical documents overseas. Sending them abroad is a cross-border transfer of personal information under PRC law and is handled through the route set out in our Privacy Policy, with your separate consent — never by ordinary post, ordinary email or an overseas cloud service.
4. Timing
Each service has its own agreed turnaround, set out in your written quotation and in the service agreement for your case. Nothing on this page adds a timing commitment.
5. Returns
There is nothing to return. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
