01 · Service

Medical record collation

We collect, order and translate what a Chinese hospital needs before it will look at a case — records, test reports, discharge summaries, medication and history.

02 · Service

Hospital & specialist matching

We match the condition to a department and a level of seniority, inside the network we actually work with, and confirm the hospital's international department.

  • Hospital and department confirmed within 5 working days of plan sign-off
  • International-department outpatient in 3–10 working days
  • Written schedule sent within 1 working day

03 · Service

Second opinion — written & video

A specialist at a Grade-A tertiary hospital reviews the case and gives a written opinion or a live video consultation, explained to the patient in plain language.

04 · Service

Appointments, tests, admission & surgery

Outpatient appointments, investigations, admission paperwork and surgery dates booked in order, with one written schedule that everyone works from.

  • Every 2 hours on surgery day; 15-minute emergency escalation

05 · Service

Escort & medical interpreting

A bilingual escort at the patient's side from registration to pharmacy, and a medical interpreter for consultations and pre-operative talks.

  • On site 08:00–18:00; booked 3 working days ahead

06 · Service

Inter-city transfer

Move a case between coverage cities without restarting the paperwork — with airport pick-up and ground transport arranged around the hospital schedule.

07 · Service

Rehabilitation & follow-up

A translated discharge summary, a rehabilitation plan from the treating team and scheduled contact after the patient returns home.

  • Check-ins on day 3, 7 and 14, then monthly for 12 months

08 · Scope, timing, pricing & refunds

What you can book, and what it covers.

Standard services carry a fixed scope. Complex cases are assessed first and quoted in writing; quotations are valid for 30 days and priced in US dollars.

Service levels are confirmed in writing in each service agreement and depend on case complexity, hospital availability and public holidays in China.

Cancellation & refunds

  • More than 30 days before the service starts Refunded, less a 10% administration charge
  • 15 to 30 days before Half the deposit retained
  • Inside 15 days Not refunded

Costs already incurred — a hospital deposit, translation delivered, ticketing — are deducted in every case. Policies are published in Chinese and English; where the two differ, the Chinese text governs.
